Executive Director
Kellen Wells-Mangold
Kellen Wells-Mangold assumed the role of Executive Director in June 2018. In addition to his duties with Chi Alpha Sigma, he works as the Associate Athletics Director and Deputy Title IX officer at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. In addition to his work at the university, Wells-Mangold is actively involved in the community and serves on various local boards. A graduate of the University of Iowa and La Trobe University, Wells-Mangold resides in River Falls, WI with his wife and two children.
Assistant Director
BJ Pickard
BJ Pickard was named the Assistant Director in June 2019 bringing a focus to coordinating communications and assisting current chapters in their efforts to recognize their student-athletes. Pickard has served as the Assistant Commissioner of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) since 2017 and resides with his wife and daughter in River Falls, WI.
